Brody provided input into the development of DRIVE, Mahi Marumaru and Puna Whakataa at a time when Counties Manukau was establishing services better aligned to local population needs.services that were better aligned to the needs of the local population.

Drawing on over 30 years in the NHS in England, including National Director roles and CEO of Auckland District Health Board. Ailsa combines professional expertise with personal and whānau lived experience, and was awarded an OBE for services to health care.

With over 25 years in finance and corporate functions across New Zealand and the UK. Sarah brings strong governance and commercial competence, and since 2006 has focused her career on organisations that make a difference and causes that matter.

Bringing more than 20 years’ experience serving on New Zealand boards, including local body and government directorships. Lyn brings broad academic competence across education, health, psychology, management and accounting, and has established strong international networks spanning public administration, health and education sectors.

An experienced clinical leader with senior roles across New Zealand and Australia. Dr Patton brings deep psychiatric and governance competence, including Board and President leadership of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists, and most recently served as National Clinical Chief for Mental Health and Addictions at Te Whatu Ora Health New Zealand.

Karleen brings strong strategic and leadership competence, and works with diverse organisations to navigate complexity and improve Māori wellbeing outcomes in changing environments over time.
